What insurances are accepted?
Youth Home serves beneficiaries of all Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entities (PASSE). We also accept TRICARE®.
What ages are accepted in your programs?
Our residential programs are for ages 12-17 with local outpatient services available at Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas for all ages.
What is the average length of stay?
The average length of stay will vary depending on program, the needs of the adolescent, and specific insurance.
Can an out of state child come for the Residential Treatment Program?
Yes, military family dependents can come to our Residential Treatment Program from any state. Youth Home is a TRICARE®-certified residential facility for patients ages 12 to 17.
What treatments and therapies are offered in your programs?
A variety of treatments and therapies are offered in our programs depending on individual needs. They include the following: Reactive Attachment Disorder, Safe Solutions for Sexually Reactive Youth, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problems with Alcohol and/or Drugs, Recreational Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and EMDR. I live far away and am concerned about the distance to your facility. How does Youth Home help families who do not live close still feel connected during their child’s stay?
For those families outside the state, we ensure you stay connected and informed throughout the treatment process because you are an important part of our treatment team. We even gladly offer visitation via video if family is unable to attend during visitation hours.
Will my child be attending school while in the Residential Treatment Program?
Yes, the Siebert Educational Program at Youth Home is an approved program through the Arkansas Department of Education. All of the teachers have a minimum of two certification areas, one of those areas being Special Education. The curriculum is aligned with the state standards and delivered at the students’ instructional levels.

What activities will residents participate in?
Residents will participate in scheduled activities daily while in our programs. Our recreational therapy team works with each patient to meet their needs. Details on our recreational therapy programs can be found on the Recreational Therapy page.
