Imagine waking up on Christmas morning away from the familiarity of home and wondering if Santa remembered to visit. That’s the reality for the teen boys and girls (ages 12-17) who spend the holidays with us at Youth Home.
Holiday traditions are important to us because most of our kids have never had the chance to experience the fun of opening stockings, decorating the tree, or receiving a present. All they want in the world is to feel loved. Here are some ways you can brighten their holidays:
ADOPT A DOVE TREE
Delivering gifts to the kids at Youth Home takes a lot of milk and cookies. Give Santa a hand this Christmas by adopting a Dove Tree and donating the items on its decorative gift tags. For a fun group activity, invite your office or family to participate and see how many gifts you can cross off Santa’s list. Each tree comes with 24 tags that can be customized for a specific price range or area of interest (like clothing, toys, or hygiene). You can even choose a cash tree and Youth Home’s staff will do the shopping for you!
GET OUR WISH LIST
